Networking Event
Attended a Codewords networking event with Will and Chops. Wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be. Seen Jackie and Vicki who used to work at the careers service.

Swimming?
After my semi retirement from running. Iv decided to go swiming twice a week. It begins now.

Off ill from work. Watched Karate Kid 2 with swedish subtitles.

After giving up coffee last year, just commited to giving up bread,cakes and pastry with Nige and Chops for 46 days from now.

Did it in a poor 50:43, worst race this year, I think Im bored or running now. Considering not running in 2009.
